The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division is holding a hearing Oct. 17 on proposed changes to its rules governing self-insured employers and disability ratings.
In addition to revising language to make the rules easier to read, the WCD is proposing substantive changes to OAR 436-050, “Employer/Insurer Coverage Responsibility.”
