A federal grand jury in Massachusetts handed down more charges against two men already accused of committing employment tax and mail fraud, according to the Department of Justice.
Jurors on Thursday issued a superseding indictment against Juliano Fernandes, 39, of Clinton, and Anderson Dos Santos, 36, of Fitchburg.
Fernandes was charged with two counts of making false statements, while Dos Santos was charged with two counts of filing false tax returns, the DOJ said.
