Worker with injured Arm Caught Skydiving, Charged with Fraud

A Lodi, California, construction worker who claimed he severely injured his left arm in 2013 was caught skydiving multiple times and driving with no problems, according to the California District Attorney’s Office.  Donald Ray Simmons Jr., 32, filed a claim in December of 2013 that during his job at the Santa Clara Construction company, he had injured his arm, which caused “excruciating pain, making it so he could not use his left arm to drive,” according to a press release.  Prosecutors this week charged Simmons with defrauding Arch Insurance Co. by maki...
