Worker Doesn't Lose Entitlement to Benefits During Pretrial Incarceration

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court unanimously ruled that an injured worker does not lose entitlement to benefits during the time he was incarcerated prior to his entry of a guilty plea in a criminal case. Case: Sadler v. WCAB, No. 6 EAP 2020, 01/27/2021, published. Facts and procedural history: Carl Sadler worked for the Philadelphia Coca-Cola Co.
