TDI Adopts Updates to Contact Information in Agency Rules

The Texas Department of Insurance announced regulatory amendments to reflect the agency’s move to the Barbara Jordan State Office Building. TDI last year moved from the William P. Hobby Jr. state office building in downtown Austin to the new Barbara Jordan building near the Capitol.  As a result of the move, TDI said health benefit plan issues and insurance companies must update documents or information provided to consumers or to the public that includes agency contact information.
