The California Division of Workers’ Compensation posted an adjustment to the pathology and clinical laboratory section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to changes made by Medicare.The update, which applies to services rendered on or after April 15, incorporates the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Change Request No. CR 8695.Changes made by CMS added several codes to the Medicare 2014 laboratory fee schedule that were inadvertently excluded, and corrects the misstatement of several prices.
