Hullender to Join IC as Deputy Commissioner in April

The North Carolina Industrial Commission has announced the appointment of David M. Hullender as a deputy commissioner. Hullender’s appointment will be effective April 20. Hullender is currently in private practice at his own firm in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. He previously worked as an associate with George B. Thomasson, P.A., from 1990 to 2001. Hullender serves on the North Carolina Indigent Defense Services Commission and is the chairman of the Kings Mountain ABC Board.
