Revised Impairment Guidelines Draw Positive Reviews

A Democratic lawmaker, several workers’ advocates and one insurance trade association on Monday applauded the Workers’ Compensation Board’s revised impairment guidelines. One defense attorney, however, called them an early Christmas present for the claimants’ bar.
