A Louisiana appellate court ruled that an injured worker’s average weekly wages had been miscalculated and that he was entitled to penalties for his employer’s failure to reinstate his benefits after his periods of incarceration. Chanse Ceasar worked for Flexforce Employment Professionals LLC, a temporary staffing company. Flexforce sent him to work for Republic National Distributing Co.
