Facts: Print Earl Clark Sr. worked for the City of Forth Worth as a roofer. In March 2008, he was injured in a work truck collision.
Clark's radiculopathy symptoms worsened to the point that his ankles would give out, causing him to fall. Additionally, he reported that his feet became sensitive to cold, and his doctors noted he no longer had tendon reflexes in his ankles.
