Doormaker Cited for Exposing Workers to Amputation, Electrical Hazards

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited an Arkansas door manufacturer for exposing workers to the risk of amputation, electrocution and electric shock hazards, proposing penalties of $65,000. OSHA issued 27 serious citations against Malvern-based Primecraft Doors for exposing workers to moving machine parts that put them at risk of amputation.
