Four More Brokers Plead Guilty in Spitzer Probe

The New York state Attorney General's Office this week accepted the guilty pleas of four producers who defrauded clients in a bid-rigging scheme. An Attorney General's spokesman said prosecutors made plea bargains with three former Marsh & McLennan employees, and one employee of Zurich American Insurance Co.: *Regina Hatton, a former broker in the excess casualty unit of Marsh Global Broking, pleaded guilty of scheming to defraud, a first-degree felony.
