The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued 13 health violations against an Ohio machine shop and proposed fines of $188,300 after determining that workers were being exposed to lead and copper fumes that were higher than the federal limitations.The federal agency cited Spectrum Machine, of Ravenna, Ohio, for exposure violations and for failure to monitor and train workers on lead hazards.
