Commission Posts Proposed Rules Delaying EDI Implementation

The Workers’ Compensation Commission has posted proposed permanent rules to Chapter 1, General Information; Chapter 10, Practice and Procedures; and Chapter 25, Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Self Insurance. Written comments will be accepted through Feb. 15 by writing Lindsey Christopher, commission counsel, at 1915 N. Stiles Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73105, or by emailing rules@wcc.ok.gov.
