The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has renewed agreements with Mexican consulate offices in El Paso and Austin, Texas, to conduct safety training for Mexican nationals working in the state.
The alliance, which has been renewed for a two-year period at each location, will involve the consulates conducting outreach and training in Spanish for Mexicans working in central and western Texas, according to a pair of Monday press releases from OSHA.
