OSHA Fines Crop Processor $82,500

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited a Montana agricultural company $82,500 for violations, six of which the company agreed to abate as part of a settlement agreement following a 2011 investigation.American Pulses Ltd., a crop processor and exporter of peas and lentils based in Hingham, Mont., was cited for 12 violations in 2011.
