A Queens building contractor has been charged with falsifying proof of insurance, leaving his employees without workers’ compensation insurance and stealing more than $56,000 in insurance premiums. Gerard Marino, 41, of Maspeth, owner of GMCM Contracting Corp. in Astoria, was released pending his next court appearance Dec. 19.
