The Alaska Division of Insurance has scheduled a Sept. 12 hearing to discuss a pending National Council on Compensation Insurance loss cost filing.
The division is required to hold an administrative hearing to discuss whether a workers’ compensation prospective loss cost filing should be approved, disapproved or modified.
To ensure a productive hearing, the division asks that written testimony, evidence and requests for modifications to the filing that will be presented at the hearing be submitted to it and NCCI before Sept. 5.
