The New Hampshire Insurance Department will host a public hearing May 15 on changes to rules impacting third-party administrators.
The changes will add references to the federal Employee Retirement Security Act of 1974 and New Hampshire's statutory definition of perjury to Chapter 2300 of the state's insurance code, also known as Ins 2300. The chapter covers the regulation of TPAs.
