Zurich is entering West Virginia's newly opened workers' compensation market, the Charleston Daily Mail newspaper reported Tuesday.Joe Murphy, head of Zurich's Mid-Atlantic region, told the newspaper that the carrier has been quoting accounts for the past 60 days.
