The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation finalized its annual compliance and investigations audit plan, identifying issues to review during the fiscal year that ends in August 2022.
Goals for the annual audit include ensuring timely and accurate benefit payments, timely medical reimbursement and timely and accurate reporting of electronic data to the DWC.
