The Nebraska Supreme Court ruled that an injured worker should not have been denied fees for his appellate counsel because the attorney’s affidavit provided enough information to make a calculation of a reasonable award.

Facts and procedural history: William Sellers injured his left knee while working for Reefer Systems on Dec. 8, 2007. In 2019, the Workers' Compensation Court awarded him permanent total disability benefits.
