WCD Drops Plan to Close Lebanon Court after Negotiating new Lease

The New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation has dropped a plan to close its workers' compensation court in Lebanon, myCentralJersey.com reported Wednesday. The news service reported that the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety & Health and the New Jersey State Bar Association opposed the closure, saying it would inconvenience claimants who would have to travel to Middlesex or Morris County for hearings.
