Court Says 'Lit Up' Doctrine Didn't Entitle Worker to Treatment for Arthritis in her Knee

The Washington Court of Appeals ruled that the "lit up" doctrine did not entitle a worker with preexisting osteoarthritis in her knee to additional medical treatment. Case: Zavala v.
