VWC Posts Rejection of Coverage Form

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission has posted Form 16A, its Rejection of Coverage form, on its website. An executive officer of a company or their agent can file a Rejection of Coverage form to exclude himself or herself from coverage for injury or death by accident, but not for occupational disease.
