Risk Strategies Company Acquires Anderson & Jacoby

Risk Strategies Co., a national insurance brokerage and risk management firm, has acquired Miami-based Anderson & Jacoby Insurance Consultants. Anderson & Jacoby focuses on workers’ compensation and professional liability, as well as personal lines. Joining Risk Strategies will allow the company to expand its business into additional lines. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
