The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined a U.S. Postal Service facility in Arizona $70,000 after a supervisor operated a truck for which he was not certified.The safety agency said a manager operated a truck used to move large quantities of mail on a night shift in which two of three certified truck operators did not report for their shift.
