Golden Eagle Helps Break $120K Comp Fraud

A Fresno, California, man was arraigned yesterday on insurance fraud charges. Three arrest warrants were served on Alexander Martinez, AKA Luis Leiva, including a 'No Bail' warrant from Fresno County for a probation violation from a previous conviction for Workers' Compensation Fraud. The other two warrants included new charges for Workers' Compensation Fraud with $100,000 bail, and a $20,000 felony warrant for failure to pay child support.
