Vocational Rehabilitation Rules Meeting Set

The Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court (WCC) has set a meeting for 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 4 with vocational rehabilitation specialists to identify changes to the court's vocational rehabilitation rules that will be pursued for a Nov. 16 public hearing. The Aug. 4 hearing will be held in suite 402 at the TierOne Center, 1221 N St., in Lincoln. The WCC reports that some of the issues on the agenda "may have already been discussed and resolved at previous counselor/specialist meetings, and we may just need to amend a rule accordingly."
