Zenith National Insurance Corp. (NYSE: ZNT) reported operating income after tax of $7.0 million, or $0.37 per share, for the third quarter of 2002 compared to an operating loss after tax of $22.8 million, or $1.30 per share, for the third quarter of 2001.
