Judge Names Replacement Insurers for Vanguard

The Tallahassee state judge who ordered Vanguard Fire & Casualty Co. into rehabilitation last week named Royal Palm Insurance Co. and Security First Insurance Co. to provide replacement homeowners' coverage for 57,000 policyholders.
