Jockeying Going on Ahead of <i>Brodie-Welcher</i> Trial

Employers groups are lined up with amicus briefs hoping to shape the scheduled April 3 Supreme Court trial in Brodie-Welcher. The employers appear to be jockeying with the California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA) to be a trusted source for justices as they prepare for the Los Angeles proceeding.
