Voc-Rehab Rules Move Forward

The Vermont Workers' Compensation and Safety Division filed proposed vocational rehabilitation rules with the Interagency Committee on Administrative Rules (ICAR). The filing with ICAR is part of the formal process of adopting the rules. The 29-page draft include definitions, services to be provided, how to request services, who may provide services, entitlement requirements, return-to-work issues and related matters.
