On behalf of Gov. Edward G. Rendell, Secretary of Labor and Industry Stephen M. Schmerin yesterday announced the appointment of Joseph Steward, Esq., of Philadelphia, as a member of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry's Industrial Board. He will serve on the board until January 2007.
"Joseph is a well qualified individual bringing over 10 years of legal knowledge to the Industrial Board," Secretary Schmerin said. "His keen insights will serve the board very well."
