A Connecticut man who worked as a poker dealer at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with workers' compensation fraud and larceny in the first degree, the state Division of Criminal Justice announced. Walter L. Ford, 38, of Plainfield, Conn., collected more than $33,000 in benefits as a result of a workers' compensation claim he filed on Sept. 22, 2002, prosecutors said.
