Massachusetts Attorney General, Tom Reilly, announced last week that a former corrections officer at MCI-Bridgewater pled guilty to collecting over $82,500 in workers' compensation indemnity while running a karate school.
Ricci DeGaetano, 35, Fall River, was injured January 1997 in a slip and fall accident. He was off work on disability and received benefits until June 1998. He was caught by investigators running Complete Karate in Swansea.
