Jury Convicts Pa. Chiropractor on Fraud Charges

A jury found a Pennsylvania chiropractor guilty of health care fraud and mail fraud last week, the U.S. District Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania announced. The jury of six men and six women found Dr. Brent J. Detelich guilty of one count of health care fraud and one count of mail fraud. Detelich, 37, now resides in California, federal prosecutors said. He was tried before U.S. District Judge Joy Flowers Conti in Pittsburgh. Federal prosecutors say Detelich was a chiropractor licensed to practice in Pennsylvania from 1996 to 2000.
