Zenith Insurance Company ("Zenith"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Zenith National Insurance Corp. (NYSE: ZNT), announced Friday that it has sued Yorba Linda based N-Care, LLC and its owner, Robert Bohacs, under California's Unfair Competition Law for unlawful, unfair and fraudulent practices in connection with claims for workers' compensation benefits.
