The Manhattan District Attorney's Office is prosecuting a 62-year-old Queens con man for posing as a licensed home-improvement contractor to make money while he was on long-term disability.
James Fasos, aka James DeFasio, was indicted last week in a case involving both workers' comp fraud and contractor fraud, the DA's office announced.
