Foundation AI, the leader in workflow automation for workers' compensation law firms and claims departments, is proud to announce that it has completed the implementation of its Extract Filer intelligent automation software to streamline the intake and indexing of all inbound documents for Wai, Connor & Hamidzadeh's 27 attorneys across its 5 California offices.

The Foundation AI Extract Filer software integrates directly with law firms' scanners and designated email boxes to ingest documents, process them in its secure cloud, and then index them directly into the firm's case or document management software. It ingests daily inbound correspondence (fax, emails, and scanned mail) and automatically associates each document to the correct matter, classifies and tags it according to the firm's rules, descriptively names it to the firm's preferred naming convention, and inserts it directly into the correct digital file in the firm's practice management software. When firms receive large, consolidated documents like claim files or subpoenaed records, the software applies its proprietary Auto-Split model to separate, categorize, and name each individual document, saving its customers hundreds of hours each month.
