CompSource Mutual recognizes, honors safe Oklahoma businesses through $2.5 million in dividends

OKLAHOMA CITY (March 28, 2023) - CompSource Mutual Insurance Company, Oklahoma's premier workers' compensation provider for 85+ years, is dedicated to promoting and encouraging safe work environments throughout the state. Underscoring that goal, the company's board recently approved a payment of $2.5 million in dividends to be allocated to policyholders with the best safety track records.

By providing our policyholders with this dividend, we are celebrating customers who go above and beyond to ensure safety in the workplace and thanking them for their partnership," said Jason Clark, CompSource Mutual President & CEO. "This dividend is just one of the ways we advocate for safe workplace practices."

This marks the second time in as many years that the CompSource Mutual Board of Directors has approved a dividend. Approximately 2,300 Oklahoma-based businesses will benefit from the payments.  

CompSource Mutual is working with the businesses' insurance agents to arrange special deliveries of the 50 largest checks. Other recipients will receive a check in the mail directly from CompSource Mutual. The first payments were recently distributed and will continue throughout 2023.
