Brandon, FL (March 28, 2023) - ReEmployAbility has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 Honor by the Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces. ReEmployAbility is listed as number 10 of 40 small businesses, which have 50-149 local employees.

These rankings are based solely on current employees' responses to a survey administered by Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution and connection.

"It's our people who make ReEmployAbiity so successful," said ReEmployAbiliy CEO Debra Livingston. "We invest in them because we care about them and so they can make a difference in others' lives."

ReEmployABility has placed a special emphasis on positive leadership, employee engagement and development in recent years. The company has a wide variety of unique benefits and celebrations and holds regular personal and professional development workshops on topics ranging from financial wellness, emotional regulation, and resume writing.

The 2023 Tampa bay Times Top Workplaces survey recognized 100 out of 209 participants. For employers to be eligible for this honor, at least 36% of other employees must respond to the survey and their feedback must exceed national benchmarks based on over 17 years of feedback from over 27 million employers. ReEmployAbility received feedback from over 85% of current employees.
