K&K Insurance Appoints Todd Bixler as President and CEO

 K&K Insurance said Friday that it has hired Todd Bixler as president and chief executive officer, effective Sept. 1. Bixler joined K&K Insurance in 1986 as controller, responsible for financial reporting and accounting operations.
