With workplace injuries from violence in health care facilities on the rise, Illinois nurses are putting their muscle behind legislation they hope will help stem the tide of assault.
“Violence is a big concern and something we've been tracking for the last few years,” said Chris Martin, communications manager for the Illinois Nurses Association.
