Business Council of NY Says Workers' Compensation Reform Unlikely This Year

The chances of Gov. Andrew Cuomo resurrecting the workers’ compensation reforms he wanted but the legislature shot down this week don’t have a chance, an official at the Business Council of New York said Friday. “I would not hold my breath,” said Lev Ginsburg, director of government affairs for the council.
