OSHA Hits Siding Company with $43,400 in Proposed Penalties

The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has cited a Georgia-based siding company for safety hazards it says workers were exposed to while building a new Aldi grocery store.The Aldi store, located on Wendy Bagwell Parkway in Hiram, underwent an inspection late last year as part of OSHA's National Emphasis Program and Local Emphasis Program on falls in construction work.
