The Delaware Supreme Court reversed a judge’s determination that a treatment dispute was moot and reinstated an administrative finding that a worker’s use of narcotic medication was inappropriate and unnecessary. Raymond Nieves worked for This and That Services Co. Inc. He injured his back at work in July 2014. In December 2015, Nieves sought pain management treatment from Dr. Ganesh Balu.
