Governor Reappoints Parsley as Chief ALJ at SOAH

Texas Gov. Rick Perry has reappointed Cathleen Parsley of Austin as the chief administrative law judge at the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) for a term to expire May 15, 2012.The judge oversees hearings in contested cases to ensure they are conducted objectively, promptly and efficiently.
