Worldwide Facilities Buys RIC Insurance

Worldwide Facilities, a national wholesale brokerage based in Los Angeles, announced Thursday that it has acquired the assets of RIC Insurance General Agency. RIC is also a wholesale broker and managing general agent that specializes in small- to medium-sized businesses and personal lines business.
