WCIRB Updates Loss Elimination Ratios, Advisory Plan Tables

The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California published an update to the loss elimination ratios used in the computation of classification relativities for the recently approved Sept. 1 regulatory filing. The annual update to the loss elimination ratios reflects the most current claim severity and benefit on-leveling factors, the WCIRB said. At the same time, the bureau also updated other tables included in the California Retrospective Rating Plan, California Large Risk Deductible Plan and California Small Deductible Plan.
